Making A Purchase
Browse the product offering of the items you wish to purchase and fill your cart for checkout. At that time you will be asked for some information we need to complete the order. For any non priced or special built products, submit your request through the site and your questions will be responded to promptly.
We accept credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. However, we only accept credit cards issued by U.S. Banks. We do NOT accept credit cards issued by foreign banks. For non-internet orders, we also offer NET 30 day payment terms. Credit Card Security
Ram Meter Inc. works to protect your security of your information during transmission by using Secure Socket Software (SSL), which encrypts information you input at 128 bit.
Ram Meter Inc. reveals only the last 4 digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We will transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during the processing.
To protect against unauthorized access to your password and your computer be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Items shipped from stock will normally ship in 1-2 business days. Products that require configuration or modification typically ship in 4-5 business days. For products that are on back order, we will contact you with an estimated lead time. Our shipping dates are based on information we receive from our vendors.
Orders can only be cancelled with the written permission of the Seller and only if the customer pays Seller, upon cancellation, any charges for work performed or commitments entered into with respect to that order up to the date of cancellation.
Hours of Operation
Our Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (EST) Any orders received after this time will not be processed until the next business day.
If you find that you have to return a product to Ram Meter Inc. you will need to request a Return Material Authorization number. This identifies the terms and conditions of that return which may include a restocking charge. Material returned without authorization will be returned at the expense of the customer. Ram Meter Inc. reserves the right to inspect and assess the return before any credit is given.
Merchandise sold by Ram Meter Inc. carries the manufacture’s guarantee. Manufacturer and distributor assume no liability for injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of ,or inability to use the product. The user is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for the intended use. Repair work performed by Ram Meter Inc.is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from date of shipment.
Shipping and Handling within the Continental US
The shipments are made FOB Royal Oak, MI.
Orders that exceed UPS weight limits will be assessed at time of order and the customer will be contacted for optional shipping methods.
Buyers will inspect product delivered by Ram Meter within 10 business days of receipt for damage or workmanship.
Prices quoted do not include (and the customer shall pay) all taxes and fees of any kind that may be levied or imposed on either party by federal, state, municipal, or other government authorities in connection with the sale, service, repair or delivery of the equipment by Ram Meter Inc. including, but not limited to, sales, use, excise or similar taxes, with the exception of Ram Meter Inc.'s income tax obligations arising out of the sale of the equipment or repair services by Ram Meter Inc.
We are only able to process and ship orders within the continental United States via our website. However, we can certainly handle international orders as well. To place an order that is to be billed or shipped outside of the United States, CONTACT US to discuss the additional information or documentation that is necessary to do so.
